This is an 80s navy tag NIKE OTC (OREGON TRACK CLUB) long-sleeve T-shirt.
In the 70s and 80s, NIKE sponsored various events. Marathon and triathlon items, both self-made and other companies' bodies, have always been rare, but recently, you don't see them at all.
The OREGON TRACK CLUB is a running organization that hosted the event, and Nike was the sponsor. The OTC Marathon was held from 1973 to 1984. From 1985 to 1988, the name changed to the OTC 25K race. This item is likely a staff tee from the 1983 event.
The cotton gives it a nice texture.
Both the sleeves and hem have single stitching.
